We may collect contact information, membership and signup information, communication preferences, messages you send to us, and website or device information needed to operate and secure our services.

How We Use Information

We use information to administer network membership, provide network activity reminders and updates, respond to requests, maintain security, document consent and communication preferences, and comply with legal obligations.

SMS And Mobile Information

If you affirmatively select the optional SMS consent checkbox in the Legacy Health Network signup paperwork, we may send monthly network activity reminders and updates. Message frequency is approximately once per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile information, text messaging opt-in data, and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to service providers only as needed to deliver the messaging service and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. After STOP, no further text messages will be sent unless you complete a new opt-in.
